For women, there are many lifestyles that become common habits that are actually bad. Those habits can be very dangerous for women’s health. So, you have to stop these bad habits.

1.       Bringing Bag with Heavy Loads
As we know, women like shopping. They usually spend their weekend to go shopping. It does not matter because it belongs to their needs. However, you cannot buy too many products that require you to bring the items using the bag. Of course, too many items you bought will make the bag too heavy. It can affect health for women. In fact, it can cause back and shoulder pains. Even more, it can also cause injured muscles, bad posture, and cramps. So, you should stop this bad habit.

Wearing High Heels
High heel is success to attract many women. It becomes one of the trendiest fashions today. Even though it makes you look fashionable, you have to know that wearing high heels can danger your health especially if you wear high heels every day in long time. Too often wearing high heels can cause many problems related to women’s health. For example, it can danger your knees, heels, hip, and foot joints. Even more, it can also cause varicose veins and compound fracture. So, you are allowed to wear high heels as long as in a normal way such as when you go to a wedding party only.

3.       Wearing Unfit Breast Holder
Breast holder is very useful to hold women’s breast so that it keeps its good shape. However, there are many women who do not care of the size. In fact, it is related to woman’s health so much. Too tight breast holder can press your breasts and it is dangerous. It can cause croup. Even more, it also leads the risk of breast cancer. So, you have to make sure that the breast holder you wear is fit for you.

4.       Too Long Using Makeup
Women cannot be separated from makeup. Women usually use makeup to make them more beautiful. That is right because women feel more confident with makeup. However, this habit may danger your skin if you use makeup for too long. Makeup will make your skin difficult to breathe. So, if you use it too long, it is very dangerous for women’s skin health. It can cause various skin problems. So, you are allowed to use makeup but just as necessary.
After you know that those women’s habits can cause various health problems, you have to stop those habits. You must have the better lifestyles. You cannot follow your lifestyles if they can dangerwomen’s health. Hopefully this will be useful.
